We are delighted to share that our patent has been officially granted!

This invention is part of our ongoing work in anti-inflammatory drug discovery, focused on targeting key molecular pathways involved in both acute and chronic inflammation. Our goal is to develop new therapies that can regulate overactive immune responses.

Diseases caused by uncontrolled inflammation remain a major global health challenge, contributing to conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic inflammatory diseases, and acute systemic conditions like sepsis. We believe this patented approach has strong potential to improve treatments for a range of inflammatory disorders.

We sincerely thank our research team and collaborators for their dedication and hard work in reaching this milestone. We look forward to advancing this innovation toward real-world impact.

We are pleased to share our ongoing international collaborative research on inflammatory responses and cancer, jointly conducted between the laboratories of Prof. Vidushi Shradha Neergheen at the University of Mauritius and Prof. Mirza S. Baig at the Indian Institute of Technology Indore. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to advancing scientific understanding in inflammation-driven disease mechanisms and exploring novel therapeutic strategies. As part of this collaboration and bilateral exchange, PhD student Ms. Bhoomika Dowaraka-Persad has joined the MSB Lab at Indian Institute of Technology Indore as a short-term visiting research scholar to advance the ongoing collaborative project. Looking forward to meaningful outcomes and continued scientific exchange.
